“You” means the person or organisation booking. A consumer is someone acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Business bookings may have different rights from consumer bookings.

Booking & payment
For website course purchases, choose an available date for every training day at checkout. Dates are checked again before payment and reserved when your first payment succeeds. Dates for multi-day courses may be separate. If you need alternative dates or Zoom hours, agree them with us before purchasing. Agree mentoring dates with Natalia before purchasing. An enquiry or request for a date does not confirm a booking. Your booking confirmation records the agreed dates and payment arrangements. Your booking contract is made when payment succeeds and we confirm your booking on the website or in writing.
Your confirmation will set out the service, date, format, total price, inclusions and payment schedule. These terms are available on our website. Prices are in GBP unless a written quote states otherwise. Check these details and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect.
A 5% business fee applies to course and mentoring purchases through this website. This is a business fee, not a tax. Course and mentoring prices show the total including this fee alongside the base fee. Checkout itemises the business fee and total payable before you submit payment. For an instalment plan, the business fee is spread across the agreed payments; it is not charged again on each collection.
Courses may be paid in full or, where offered, over two to five instalments. For an instalment plan, the first instalment is paid through the website. With your authorisation, Square securely saves your card and automatically collects the remaining instalments on the exact dates authorised at checkout. The plan ends after the selected number of scheduled payments. Your complete payment schedule is shown at checkout. Monthly dates are used when they fit before the deadline; otherwise, payments are evenly spaced through the time available. The final instalment must be paid at least 7 days before your first training day. Each instalment must fall on a separate day. If there is not enough time before the deadline, choose fewer instalments or pay in full. Choosing instalments spreads the agreed total; it does not turn a course into a pay-as-you-go service.
Guest education and brand collaborations follow the payment arrangements in their written quote. We will contact you about a missed payment and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before deciding whether the booking can go ahead.

Course entry & practical arrangements
Courses are open to students aged 18 or over. Read your chosen course’s entry requirements before booking and provide accurate information about your experience and qualifications. Ask us before purchasing if you are unsure whether you meet the requirements.
If you actively teach nail techniques, provide training or are booking for education delivery, disclose this before purchasing and book the appropriate educator programme or rate. If the wrong category has been selected, we will explain the correct programme and any price difference before proceeding. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The course page and booking confirmation specify whether you practise on yourself or a model, who arranges the model, and which equipment and products are provided or required. London training takes place at the private studio unless another venue is agreed.
For Zoom courses, you provide the listed equipment and products, a suitable workspace, a reliable connection and the required devices. Where the course requires a model arranged by you, confirm their availability for the practical session.
Models attend for practical work, rather than to receive training. A model you arrange must not be a nail technician, trainer or involved in nail or beauty education unless we have agreed this in writing beforehand. Tell us about any relevant affiliation before booking. If a second person wishes to receive tuition, a separate participant booking and price must be agreed in advance; we will not impose an undisclosed extra course fee.
Standard Zoom times are stated in London time. Alternative times may be agreed individually where time zones are far apart. Confirm the corresponding time in your own location before the session.
Tell us before training about relevant accessibility needs or anything that could affect safe participation. Follow the safety instructions, work within your competence and obtain your model’s consent. We may pause an unsafe activity and discuss an appropriate way to continue.
04 / Terms
Attendance, lateness & conduct
Arrive or join at the agreed start time. A session follows its original schedule and is not automatically extended because you arrive late. Contact us as soon as you know you may be delayed.
If you arrive more than one hour late, or miss essential teaching, we may be unable to continue safely or complete the required assessment. We will explain the effect on your training and discuss the available options. Any payment arrangements remain subject to your statutory rights.
You must not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, threaten or abuse others, use discriminatory or offensive language, or act in a way that disrupts teaching or puts anyone at risk. We may stop training immediately where necessary for safety or to address serious misconduct. Where appropriate, we will first explain the concern and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Ending a session does not automatically remove your legal rights or entitle us to keep every payment.
05 / Terms
Course rescheduling
You may request one reschedule per course booking, without an admin fee, with a minimum of one calendar month’s notice before the course starts. A replacement date is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
Email your request with your course, booked date and preferred alternatives. A request made with less than one month’s notice does not qualify under this rescheduling policy, but we will consider the circumstances and applicable law.
By purchasing, you agree to the terms made available before booking. Nothing in these terms overrides your statutory rights.
06 / Terms
If we need to change a booking
If illness, a venue issue or another serious disruption prevents us from delivering your booking, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. We will discuss a replacement date or a refund for the service we cannot provide. You do not have to accept a replacement date if we cancel your booking.
A material change to the agreed service will be discussed with you before it is made. We will not use a general right to change these terms to alter an existing booking without your agreement or remove a remedy available by law.
If we are responsible for a connection or equipment failure during live training, we will arrange a suitable way to complete the affected teaching. If the difficulty is with your connection, equipment or model, contact us promptly so we can discuss what is possible. Any resulting charge must be agreed and lawful.
07 / Terms
Diplomas & support after training
Diplomas are issued subject to the successful completion and assessment requirements stated on your course page. Accreditation applies only to courses expressly described as accredited; a course diploma does not automatically mean ABT accreditation.
All Zoom course electronic diplomas are issued after three case studies, completed after training, have been submitted and approved. If further work is needed, we will explain what you need to improve. ABT accreditation for Zoom courses applies to UK students where expressly stated.
Provide accurate personal details for your diploma and invoices. Invoices are issued in English. Tell us promptly if your name or another detail needs correction; we will correct our own administrative errors without charge.
If you need a replacement printed diploma, a £10 replacement fee applies. You can arrange collection in person from the London studio, or have it posted for an additional postage fee. The postage cost will be confirmed before payment.
Support after the course is available via email or Instagram DM. Ask questions relating to the training you completed. Additional training or a separate mentoring session can be arranged where your request requires a new lesson or business consultation.
Check the requirements of your own insurer, employer or local regulator before offering a technique professionally, particularly when training from outside the UK.
08 / Terms
Business mentoring
A mentoring hour is a private 60-minute session via FaceTime or Instagram video, with preparation before the call included. Agree your date and the topics you want to discuss before purchasing.
You may request one reschedule per mentoring booking, without an admin fee, with at least one week’s notice before your session. The replacement date is subject to availability and written confirmation. Contact us about a cancellation or a request made with shorter notice; any consumer cancellation charge is limited to fair actual losses, and statutory rights still apply.
Mentoring supports business evaluation and decision-making. You remain responsible for your decisions and implementation. It does not promise a particular income, growth result or business outcome, and it does not replace advice from a qualified legal, accounting or financial professional.
09 / Terms
Guest education & speaking
Guest engagements in the UK or internationally are confirmed through a written quote and agreement. Fees depend on the group size, travel distance, event duration and time away from regular work, including travel days. No date is reserved until the required booking fee is paid and we confirm the engagement in writing.
The fee may be covered in full upon booking, or a booking fee paid with the agreed balance covered in monthly instalments. The amount, due dates, final balance deadline and event-specific cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are agreed before payment.
The host covers all agreed travel costs, including train or plane tickets, cabs and luggage fees not included in the flight ticket. Where accommodation is required, the host arranges a hotel of at least four stars close to the venue. Confirm travel and accommodation arrangements with us before making reservations.
The host arranges the venue, models, equipment, tools, products and consumables required for the agreed session. We provide the tools and products list upon booking. The host is responsible for arranging a suitable, safe teaching setup and appropriate model and participant permissions.
Recording demonstrations or reusing them as instructional content is not permitted. Promotional photographs, short videos and snippets may be created within the agreed scope and with the necessary permissions. They must not become a recording of the lesson or reusable teaching material.
Diplomas are issued only for full-day teaching. Depending on group size, their cost is included in the quoted fee or paid separately; this is confirmed before booking.

UGC content & brand collaborations
We agree the brief, formats, quantities, creative direction, intended use, posting or delivery option, fee and schedule before production. Any included amendments and the process for additional requests are set out in the written agreement.
A content preview is shared for your approval. Once approved and payment has been received, the content is scheduled to post on Natalia’s Instagram or sent to you if you choose to post it on your own page. Posting arrangements, captions and brand tags follow the agreed brief.
Usage permissions are set out in writing, including channels and duration. Paid advertising, raw footage, exclusivity and additional uses are quoted separately. Delivery of a file does not itself transfer copyright or provide unrestricted usage rights.
Do not reuse content outside the agreed permissions without written agreement. Music, voiceover and captions are included only as agreed in the brief, and intended usage must be considered when selecting licensed material.
The brand must provide accurate product information and arrange products required for the shoot. Changes to the brief, delays in supplying products or approval, and additional deliverables may affect the schedule or price; any change is agreed before extra work begins.
Project-specific cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are agreed before booking. Views, engagement, reach and sales are not guaranteed.
11 / Terms
Teaching materials & recordings
Teaching resources, demonstrations and original content are protected by intellectual property rights. Course materials are provided for your own learning. Do not copy, distribute, sell, publish or use them to deliver your own training without written permission.
Booking at an educator rate does not automatically transfer ownership of our resources or grant a licence to reuse them. Any additional teaching or usage permissions must be expressly agreed.
Ask before photographing or recording during private training. Permission for a particular photograph or promotional clip does not authorise recording a complete lesson or reusing it for instruction. Participation does not automatically grant us permission to publish your image or your model’s image. Promotional use of an identifiable image, voice or name is arranged through a separate, specific consent request. You may decline without losing access to training. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future use by contacting us.
12 / Terms
Personal information
We use the personal information needed to handle your enquiry, administer a booking, process payment and issue the correct diploma or invoice. Our Privacy Notice explains the purposes, lawful bases, retention, recipients and your data rights.
Agreeing to these booking terms does not by itself give consent to promotional use of your details or images. Contact us at enrolment@bombshellnailslondon.com with a data or privacy question.
13 / Terms
Service concerns & responsibility
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and as described in your booking. Nothing in these terms removes consumer remedies for a service that is not delivered as agreed, including repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction where the law provides them.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove responsibility simply because a service is educational.
If you have a concern, email us with your booking details, what happened and the resolution you are seeking. We will review it, discuss the available next steps and explain our response. You may still use any remedy available by law.
14 / Terms
Applicable law & versions
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer retains any mandatory protections and court rights available where they live. This clause does not require a consumer to give up those rights.
The terms provided when your booking is agreed apply to that booking. A later website update does not automatically replace them. Any additional terms in a written quote or booking confirmation must be consistent with your statutory rights.
