See the technique.
Practise with guidance.
Start with theory, then watch each stage live before practising under my supervision. Your camera lets me see your working hand clearly and guide your progress throughout.
E-file theory & safety
Understand nail and skin anatomy, safe working direction, hand positioning, pressure and control. Learn to recognise over-filing, heat and discomfort.
E-file bits & working speeds
Select suitable bit shapes, materials and grits. Understand how RPM, direction and pressure change with the bit, area and technique.
Safe product removal
Practise controlled removal of existing product, identifying the material remaining and protecting the natural nail underneath.
Cuticle pocket preparation
Explore a combined method of manual tools and e-file bits to prepare the cuticle pocket and surrounding skin safely, efficiently and precisely.
Precision scissor work
Refine scissor positioning, hand placement and controlled cuticle trimming as part of your preparation sequence.
Skin finishing & polishing
Use polishing e-file bits to refine dry skin around the nail for a clean finish, adapting the technique to the skin you are working with.
Supervised practical technique
Work on your own hand after each demonstration. Receive live feedback on e-file angles, hand positioning, RPM, pressure and control, with stages demonstrated again when needed.
